Welcome to Joel's Pro Tree Service. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (www.JoelsProTree.com), online booking system, and all related services provided by Joel's Pro Tree Service, LLC (collectively, “Joel's Pro Tree Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, submitting a request for a quote, booking services, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

Joel's Pro Tree Service provides professional tree trimming, removal, pruning, stump grinding, emergency storm response, and related arborist services in the Tampa Bay, Florida area and surrounding communities. All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals. Descriptions of services on our website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding contract until we provide a written estimate and you accept it.

2. Quotes, Booking & Payment

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

A deposit or full payment may be required to schedule services.

Final pricing is determined after an on-site assessment.

We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.

Late payments may incur fees. We reserve the right to charge reasonable collection costs and attorney fees if necessary.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

You must provide accurate property access information and ensure safe access to the work area.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a $150 cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Communications & Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number or contacting us, you consent to receive communications from Joel's Pro Tree Service, including:

Service-related calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and emails regarding quotes, scheduling, confirmations, updates, invoices, and follow-ups.

Automated or manual text messages for appointment reminders, service alerts, or emergency notifications.

Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text/SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send or by contacting us at the number or email below. Opting out may prevent us from providing timely service updates. We will honor opt-out requests promptly, but it may take up to 10 business days to process system-wide changes.

We do not sell your phone number or share it for marketing purposes unrelated to our services.

5. Liability & Warranty

We carry appropriate liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Our work is warranted for 12 months from the date of service against defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, pests, normal tree growth, or customer negligence.

We are not responsible for pre-existing tree defects, underground utilities (unless clearly marked), or damage caused by acts of God.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from inaccurate information you provide or unsafe conditions on your property that were not disclosed.

6. Property Access & Safety

You grant us and our crew reasonable access to your property to perform the agreed services. You are responsible for removing vehicles, pets, personal items, and hazards from the work area. We are not liable for damage to landscaping, irrigation systems, or other items not explicitly included in the scope of work.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on www.JoelsProTree.com, including text, images, logos, and videos, is owned by Joel's Pro Tree Service or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our separate Privacy Policy (available on our website) for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services or website at our discretion if you breach these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time, but ongoing contracts or booked work remain subject to these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
